By the way when I did my initial cast list for OOTP and HBP both Annette and Bob appeared as Umbridge and Slughorn respectively. Great choice. However my choice for Narcissa was Jennifer Saunders

And yeah, I agree with Kate Winslet as the Grey Lady, and Julie Andrews as McGonagall, even though Maggie Smith is perfect.
