Hey guys, I've noticed all these random Pottermore threads I decided to make one where all can post whatever they want about Pottermore. Please use this thread for any Pottermore discussions. Thanks!

NOTE: If you have a Yahoo email and are trying to register this week, the Official Pottermore website said that their is a delay with Yahoo, so stay calm and you will get your email eventually.

    Now I should post important info for all new ..

    1. Everyone who made acounts will enter pottermore before October
    2. 3rd day clue may come at 6 am ET because the first one came at 4 am and the second one came at 5 am
    3. Don´t sleep until u r in :P

    Very important note: Don´t use yahoo when you register , it is official , there is a problem there , and you may not get the email :)
    Pottermore team try to solve the problem , but just make it on Hotmail for safety ..

    That list did make me more depressed. Today i was almost in again. The link directed me to a WB page, so i did quit ofcourse.

    I got mine like 2 and a half hours later... I guess I was one of the lucky ones.

    After few days , many people will get the chance to enter , but who will get that chance , it may be random but ...

    What does that thingy mean , first come - first served , do that mean those who made accounts in the first day ( or any other day ) will get the chance to enter first before the others ?

    Yeah , it is my theory .. because

    1. It will be easier for those who enter afterwards , they know the idea
    2. The time is more clear now , we who wanted to enter first , waited like 10 hours without sleeping
    3. Days ( 4,5,6 and 7 are easier ) why ? , don´t you think , it will be unfair ( If they make that thingy , , first come - first served , and then not ) .

    So apparently there is a rumor going around that Pottermore is indeed looking for duplicate accounts. They can't do IP addresses, they know that, but anyone whose birthdate is similar, or name, or e-mail and has the same IP, they can ban that apparently. They know people have made duplicate accounts and are looking to ban those, and probably the main accounts. So I'd be careful about making them.

    The first-come - first-served policy is like, the first ones to arrive get in first. It's like in order of arrival (i think)
    But I don't know if this is true... It was on the validation email though...

    You get directed to another page (today it was the wb page,) and then you have to find the magical quill somewhere around that page. I got in today, and the link directed me to the gallery on harrypotter.warnerbros.com. Among all the Harry potter pictures, there was a picture of a quill. I clicked it, and I got to register.

    If you already know this, then I am sorry for acting like a know-it-all : P

    If you share the same account, maybe... the same IP, no... only IPs for people who are creating duplicate accounts just to use them on their own.

    Yeh its first come first serve.. they have so many invites available when they reveal a clue.. once people have found the clue and all the spaces have filled they close registration

    Look at the Pottermore thread on CoS forums, you're not allowed to discuss anything. If you say "Yay, I found the quill, my name is CastleKnight12", you get warned LOL.

    OMG WHAT???? I almost got in trouble their once for suggesting a relationship between Harry and Tonks.

    And CoS forums is the "Official Mugglenet Forums", even though it is completely separate from Mugglenet.
