what? exactly what was mediocre about the first one? i thought it was really well done.

I thought it was okay until the second half which seemed to have the worst editing of all time. It goes from being a decent movie to like this series of montages and 5 second action scenes.

To me it felt like it was missing at least another 30 minutes or so.

Nice to know that Silvestri is using the Captain America theme. Too bad he's not using the themes from the other movies (the one for Thor. and Debney's Iron Man theme are the best ones).

I don't think this will be a better made movie than TDKR, but I'm willing to bet a lot it'll be more fun and a better theater experience.
