I know that Peeta said that. That's why it's pinned onto a Hunger Games Board, obviously.. It's just ironic because "Always" is one of the most popular HP tattoos since 2007, and now it is being used for HG.

When I saw this tattoo, I thought it was HP (like what Richard said) until I saw the board. That's why I made it. I like both series (but I 100% prefer Harry Potter).
Like I said, I know both fandoms, and therefore, I know that this line is in both.. I never claimed that this line belonged to HP.

It was supposed to be funny........
