For the life of me, I cannot find the other thread, and we can't search for threads, so I'm starting a new one.

Rango - 9/10.

The most beautiful and dazzling animated film I've ever seen, surpassing anything from Pixar. Rango is witty, charming, and very very clever. It has a worthy vocal performance from Johnny Depp and while it moves at a bit of a slow pace, it has the oddball tone and Verbinski flare which culminate into a fantastic Western. Loved it!

I just lost respect for this man :(

For the last I'd say 6 hours or so I've been thinking some of us should meet up at a HP con maybe even one at the theme park in 5 years(at best with the rumors of expansion finished). At which point it'll be 2017, the year '19 years later' takes place, which would be the 20th anniversary to when Philosopher's Stone was released. Any thoughts everyone? I know a long ways away, but it'll give everyone from all over the world a chance to meetup with friends they met on the internet. Believe me I know how awkward it would be, I've done it myself and yet I've socialized only over the internet for quite some time. I honestly believe at least a certain group of you get along fairly well.

Well. Yikes. Not so impressive results for Potter. Not even a runner-up mention. I don't know, I still think we have a chance at visual effects. I also hope The Artist or Hugo sneaks into take Cinematography, and Girl with the Dragon Tattoo takes Sound Mixing. Finally, I'm PRAYING TO GOD that Jean Dujardin beats Clooney for the Best Actor win. He won the BAFTA, Globe, and the SAG award, so hopefully he'll win here, even though the predictions say that Clooney is slightly ahead.

As you probably have figured by now I like a separate thread for Box Office tracking on a big movie, the DH2 thread (http://harrypotterforum.com/discussion/7563/deathly-hallows-part-2-currently-at-1-326-billion-updated-with-final-records#Item_1771) still being the most successful one I've ever created. Hunger Games fans know that tickets go on sale in less than an hour and the mania will begin. Sellouts being reported within weeks hopefully. Since this isn't an established property the Box Office should be a thrill ride to follow. Here's my official predictions as of now:

Midnights: $11 million
Opening Weekend: $81 million
Domestic Total: $217 million
Overseas Total: $285 million
Worldwide Total: $502 million

I felt inspired to tell everyone here, whether you post a lot or lurk or whoever you are, that you are important and you have value on this earth. If you are doubting yourself right now, DON'T do it! Remember Harry didn't have the most desirable life but he fought back with bravery. We don't all have to be Gryffindors though. For every brave person fighting there has to be someone to enjoy the stuff they are fighting for. Everyone just relax and feel the love. We are all apart of the best fandom of all time, it's almost like being a part of an elite group that you had to Read and fall in love to be apart of. I hope my wife one day is as big a HP fan as I am.

Everyone here just have an awesome year, enjoy all the new shit coming out and don't let Harry Potter die. I can't express this stuff to my real friends because they don't understand. So whether I know you, don't know you, think I know you, whatever, just remember you are apart of a group that is always here to welcome me 24/7 regardless of the curveballs that get thrown in real life. Post rarely, post often, post whenever... Thank You HPF for the awesome last year and a half and I hope the next few kick ass and we get some new HP shit to ooohhh and ahhhh over.
