PhineasHmm, I finally got around to listening to Love Death Birth from Breaking Dawn Part 1. I give it an 'Acceptable'. I really hope Burwell does better than his score for the first film. In fact, if he does, I might even watch the movie. :PNovember 2011

yonythemoonyThat cue only is better than the whole first score. It's much more in style of Desplat and Shore's scores with a full orchestra, not a lot of guitars.

PhineasYes, those were my thoughts exactly. As soon as I heard Bella's Lullaby in there, I thought 'Ah shit, he's gunna make this just like the first film...filled with electric guitars and ukelele and shit...'. I really don't like the first score much. Bella's Lullaby is nice, but why bring back a theme, when there are no recurring themes throughout the movies anyway? Desplat made his own, and Shore did too. It's weird...
