    Watched Harry Potter 5 yesterday. Oh how much they leave out of the movie. What a shame.

      It's an 800 page book. It would have taken 5 tv seasons of an hour episode each with 24 episodes a season to cover everything, loll.

      Plus the movie focused on the main plot, which is what really matters. Quidditch prefects etc isn't important to the main plot.

      If I had to choose one to sit down and watch, that would be DH2. It's more enjoyable. If I had to say what was better with overall pace, structure, characters, blahblahblahblah I would say DH1. The thing is I can watch them both together and not have any complaints :)
