About two weeks ago, we finally made my cousin's girlfriend (who had not even seen one HP movie) take our copies of the first two books home. Only three days later she came back to get the next two and by now she's read the whole series. I created another Potterfan yaaaaay!April 6

Samch92Nope I still use the Agree,Awesome and LOL button other than these one I don't...and its the other ones that cause problem on the forum...so if we can remove the other one and keep Agree,Awesome and LOL button...it will be great.

Having a HP marathon with my 7-year-old cousin (the ones she's allowed to see, that is). First time COS woohoo, I don't know who loves it more: she, not knowing what's going to happen next, or me, watching her not knowing what's going to happen next.March 3

Samch92Well for my sister 6th birthday ( I was 10) we went to see COS at the theater...It was a birthday party at the movie that was awesome lol I don't recall anytime during any HP movie she got scare...maybe of the dementors but She was defenitly scare of gollum when she was younger haha:P

TubbyToastlol, these stories! I was just old enough to watch it when POA came our, but my best friend wasn't, so going to the cinema that day was a HIGE adventure - she was allowed to see it eventually. I've never really been afraid of the dementors, but Peter Pettigrew on the other hand... Still creeps me out!
In the Netherlands it's indeed 6+ for the first two films, POA is 9+ and the rest are 12+
She took the basilisk pretty well, in fact she laughed so hard at its stupidiness when it went after Harry's rocks in the tunnel (which was unexpected, I thought she'd panic lol), so she's probably allowed to see POA. We are waiting for my aunt's review on tonight before we show her the next one, though, she might have nightmares after all. -

Why didn't the Order just make Harry drink Polyjuice Potion with muggle hairs and drive him to a save place to disapparate by car? (DH) They did that with the Dursleys after all...September 2012

TubbyToastThe Trace... That's a flaw in the series if you ask me. Dumbledore once said it's only traceable if an underage wizard lives in an area without any wizards of age and all magic is assumed to be produced by the teenager, yet Mad Eye says 'the charm that detects magical activity around under-seventeens', which I think means everywhere they go. Even if the Ministry could trace the magic around every underaged wizard, if they wouldn't use any magic until they are in London, how could they ever know it was Harry and his guard, not just a family going to Diagon Alley?

TubbyToastOf course, otherwise the wand connection thing wouldn't work. Still it aucks that the Order is so narrow minded. Mad Eye's word: 'we're going to use the only means of transport left to us, the only ones the Trace can't detect, because we don't need to cast spells to use them: brooms, thestrals and Hagrid's motorbike.' And muggle means of transport.

TheDoctorThis bugged me for a long time, and yeah, it does not really make sense. They can't disapparate/floo/portkey away from the Dursley's and the area around it, so why not just quickly get past the protection and have Harry do side apparation?
