Oh my goodness, learn the lore.Oh, well the main thing is that you enjoyed the eagle flight :) I was thinking that too though that the eagles could have just flown them to Erebor. That's twice now that they haven't thought of that, first with Frodo and Sam and now with the Dwarves :p
The Eagles are not just flying-taxis of Middle-Earth for anyone to use as they wish.
Gandalf once saved the lord of the Eagles and so they owe him a favour.
However the Eagles are very majestic and only intervene when they choose to, on their own terms.
They would never agree to fly the ring to Mordor and it's a stupid plan anyway. The Eye of Sauron would spot them from miles away and they would be destroyed by the Nazgul on their Fell Beasts and whatever else Sauron could send at them.

It's impossible to get 48fps onto a Blu-Ray disc at the moment.
There simply isn't enough capacity. Twice the frames significantly ups the file size.
It would have to be 1080i or 720p to get onto a disc at 48fps.
They have developed a 128gb disc and higher but they're not on the market yet. And you'd likely need a new player to use them.
